[Improvement] Add code quality criteria to the reports
Missing code quality criteria in the reports. Add. This should include stuff like code complexity, code readability, how good the documentation is, test coverage etc. Have a scale and explain how the scale works.

First time users join the platform it takes some time to sync and detect the framework of all repos. The loading state is not obvious, the user didn't know what's going on.
